I was a yo-yo dieter and exerciser, a pack a day smoker and I drank too much alcohol. I knew I wanted to change but that never fully happened. I would say I will be in the best shape of my life at 40. And the years ticked by. Then I turned 39 and thought crap I have one year to do this.
So I stopped smoking all together and had no alcohol for at least 2 months, I started calculating my food and calorie intake in an app and got serious about exercise. Within 7 months I had lost 30kg. I had a six pack and looked quite good. From when I started this journey any goal I had, I made sure I would do anything I had to do to achieve that goal, from losing the weight and other personal goals as well as starting and finishing my cert 3 and 4 in fitness and now this business is my new goal.
From losing the weight and following my goals it has instilled a passion in the industry. Especially when friends would then come to me for advice because they wanted help to achieve their own goals. I have been a disability carer for 3 years so i would like to continue that passion and combine it with fitness and focus on training people with disabilities. As I believe they have just as much right to focus on their health as any person but are often not given the chance or personal attention to do it.
Personally I love doing a variety of training such weights, calisthenics, and also walking to stay on top of my fitness, and I love researching new and different information. I love helping people and want to help and show you how you can achieve your goals too, as I know how hard it can be.

I have always been quite sporty and it was natural for me to get my cert 3 and 4 in fitness but after a few years in the industry, the work life balance wasn’t working with a young family at the time, so I left the industry and went to work as a Teacher Aide.
I have always done some form of exercise but with Daniel going through his transition it made me also get serious about my own health. So in October 2020 I started calorie counting and making sure I was on track with my exercise. I lost 13kg and regained a lot more strength. This sparked the passion of helping people with their fitness goals.
I enjoy helping those people who are intimidated to go to a big gym, or just want that extra personal care and attention. Starting this business with Daniel is all about helping people of all abilities, giving them the guidance and motivation to achieve those goals they don’t think they can achieve or don’t even know they have.
Personally I enjoy all types of exercise from weights to cardio to boxing etc.. I also believe that making something into a habit helps, there are some activities I do that I may not enjoy as much as others, but I know it is good for me and having the habit to do it makes it so much easier. So I am here to help you all with that motivation, habit building and to be that person to rely on to help you achieve your goals.
