OUR SERVICES

No matter what exercise program or style you choose, always remember that modifications can be made to every exercise to either make it easier or harder. Throughout every session we will constantly be checking on you and asking how you are feeling. We do not want anyone to feel uncomfortable, get injured or think we are not doing everything we can to help you to achieve your goals. So always remember to speak up and let us know how you are feeling, we are here to help you. And make sure you achieve your goals in a safe, caring and helpful way.  You can choose multiple programs which are offered and all programs cover a wide variety of styles  to help you to be the best you can be.

One-on-One Personal Training

New one-on-one Personal Training sessions are just that with 1 client and 1 trainer. We offer 30 mins and one hour sessions. In these sessions we create personalised plans for you to follow. We teach you the correct form and how to complete all exercises, give you the motivation and push that you may require, and the plans and advice you need to achieve your goals.


Your goals are discussed and a plan is made to achieve them. Sessions are constantly changing and cover all exercise styles; weights, HIIT, cardio, body weight, calisthenics, boxing, circuits and more. This covers full body work, allows for everybody's ability levels and keeps it fun and enjoyable while accomplishing the goals in your session.

Small group Personal Training

Sometimes you don’t want to do a session by yourself, so this is where the small group PT sessions lets you have 1 to 3 other people with you. Whether it be friends or family members, someone who has the same goals or just someone to make you accountable and push you to your goals.


The small group sessions are great for all of those reasons and more. 30 min and 1 hour sessions are available. Like one on one sessions personalised plans are created for all clients. A variety of exercises are used. More partner work is included in these sessions. Make sure you choose the right people to train with, people to give you that extra motivation and will always be on your side to help you achieve those goals.

Mobile Personal Training

Both our one-on-one and two-on-one sessions can be done as mobile sessions. This can be at your local park or at your own house.  The reason for this is because one of our major focuses are training people with disabilities,  by training in a location where the client is relaxed, familiar and comfortable solves part of the battle.


An unknown location is one less factor a client will have to contend with.   We can take some smaller equipment and also use equipment at your homes or in the parks. So bigger weight sessions would not be able to be achieved in these sessions but plenty of other exercise types can be included in the session. Not just our clients with a disability but in today's climate, a lot of people are not wanting to go out in public spaces or to unknown places so this gives them the option to train in their own home with their own sanitary procedures.

HOME GYM

We have a gym set up at our home for both one on one and small group sessions. It is located in Bribie Island.


Our home gym consists of cardio equipment such as a treadmill, spin bike, rower and elliptical. Plenty of weight options; barbells, dumbbells, leg press/hack squat, power rack, cables etc. Plus random objects like a sled, battle ropes, resistance bands etc.


So a fun, action packed session can be achieved in the home gym .

BOOT CAMP

New Bootcamps are a fun group session where a variety of people attend, you can come with your friends and/or make new friends while you are there. These sessions are held in local parks using provided equipment as well as what can be utilized by things at the park. Sessions go for an hour. Each session will have a set focus such as body weight, agility, balance and coordination, boxing etc.., the session will have a variety of exercises around this focus.


By doing sessions this way people can miss a session and not be put out or do multiple sessions a week and not be doing the same thing over and over again. By using the space of a park there is the room to spread out, have fun and motivate and push like minded people to have the best session we can. Remember modifications can be made so people of all abilities can join in the same session.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Most people think weight training is only for people who want to get strong and get big muscles. That is partly true but weight training is also very useful with people whose goal is weight loss.


By doing a weight session you can burn calories for up to 72 hrs after a session. This is because when we do weight training we are slightly breaking down the muscle fibers when we lift weights and the body then has to burn the calories to repair those muscles.

CALISTHENICS

Calisthenics is a form of strength training that involves minimal equipment and mostly body weight exercises. These can start with activities like push ups, planks to pull ups and chin ups to muscle ups and levers.


The exercises are endless and the progressions of each exercise makes the list of exercises even longer. These are helpful to improve body strength using your own body weight.
